§1Agreement
By downloading, installing or using MathWiz you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Fair Play and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.
§2Eligibility
You must be at least 13, or the minimum age where you live, to use MathWiz. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for supervising your use, managing ad settings and approving any purchase.
§3What MathWiz is
MathWiz is an educational game for practising mental maths. It includes:
- eight practice modes (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Fractions, Percentages, Squares & Roots and Mixed Operations) with adaptive difficulty;
- the Daily Challenge, Brainstorm (timed) and Endurance (endless);
- six Brain Games: Balance, Number Memory, Fill the Grid, Peak & Valley, Chain Reaction and Close Enough;
- Arena Battle and Speed Sprint, played against opponents generated on your phone;
- 25 lessons with worked examples, and Ask Wiz, a maths helper that runs on your phone;
- XP, levels, daily streaks, badges and statistics.
Features may change as the app is updated.
§4Your licence
Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use MathWiz on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
§5Fair conduct
To keep MathWiz fair, you agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits to inflate XP, levels, streaks or scores;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows it, or edit its data to gain an advantage;
- use the app’s text features, including Arena chat, to write hateful, harassing or unlawful content;
- obtain Pro, rewards or ad rewards through fraud, chargeback abuse or by getting around Google Play Billing;
- generate invalid ad traffic or fake rewarded-ad completions;
- use the app in any way that breaks the law or Google Play’s terms.
§6Educational disclaimer
MathWiz is a practice and entertainment tool. We do not promise any particular learning outcome, exam result or improvement. Lessons, explanations and difficulty ratings are for general learning and are not professional tuition, certified instruction or a substitute for a formal curriculum.
§7XP, levels and other progress
- XP, levels, streaks, badges and similar progress have no money value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
- They are stored only on your phone, so they can be lost if you reset progress, clear the app’s data, uninstall it or change phones. We cannot recover them.
- We may adjust progression, XP rates and difficulty in updates.
§8Arena and locked modes
Arena Battle and Speed Sprint are single-player modes built to feel like a race. Your opponents, their names, pace and chat are generated on your phone. They are not real people, there is no matchmaking server, and nothing you type in Arena chat is sent to anyone.
Fill the Grid, Peak & Valley, Chain Reaction, Close Enough, Arena Battle and Speed Sprint are locked modes. MathWiz Pro subscribers play them without limit. Anyone else can open one round at a time by watching a rewarded ad, when one is available. We do not guarantee that an ad will always be available.
§9Intellectual property
The app, including its software, design, graphics, lessons, the Wiz character, names and logos, belongs to Epsilon Developers or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute substantial parts of it, distribute the app outside Google Play, remove any proprietary notice, or create derivative works without our written permission, except where the law allows. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed on the Open-source Licences page.
§10Subscriptions and purchases
MathWiz Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play Billing. We never collect or store your payment details.

Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Google Play decides who is eligible, usually one trial per Google account.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time in Google Play. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. See the Subscription and Refund Policy.
Price changes
Prices may change. Google Play tells you about an increase before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
Restoring Pro
On a new phone or after reinstalling, open Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google account.
§11Advertising
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Pro subscribers see none. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before personalised ads and can change your choice in Settings, under Ad privacy options. We do not control the content of third-party ads. Ad providers may collect device identifiers and interaction data under their own policies, as the Privacy Policy explains.
§12Disclaimer of warranties
MathWiz is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the app will meet your needs, be uninterrupted or free of errors, or achieve any learning outcome. Some places do not allow some of these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.
§13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Epsilon Developers, Satyam Kushwaha and Anurag Mahajan are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000.
We are not liable for lost progress, data charges, reliance on the app’s explanations, or damage caused by third-party services the app uses. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
§14Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Epsilon Developers, Satyam Kushwaha and Anurag Mahajan against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the app, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or third-party right.
§15Termination
We may suspend or end your right to use the app if you seriously break these Terms. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it; subscription obligations that arose before then remain governed by Google Play’s terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, warranties, liability, indemnity and governing law, survive termination.
§16Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting legal proceedings, please write to us at contact@epsilondevelopers.xyz: we aim to resolve problems quickly and fairly.
§17General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Fair Play and Acceptable Use Policy are the whole agreement between us about the app.
- Severability. If a provision cannot be enforced, it is limited as little as necessary and the rest remains in force.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it.
- Changes. We may update these Terms. We change the date at the top, and for significant changes we tell you in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours.
