§1Overview
MathWiz has no accounts, no cloud profiles and no server of ours holding personal data. Your display name, XP, levels, streaks, history, statistics, badges, lesson progress and settings live in the app’s private storage on your phone, so you can delete them without contacting us.
§2Deleting data from your phone
In the app
Open MathWiz, go to Settings and tap Reset progress. This immediately and permanently deletes your XP, level and streak, all session and mode statistics, every badge, your lesson progress and your display name. Your preferences, such as sound and theme, stay until you change them.
With Android
Open Android Settings, then Apps, MathWiz, Storage, and tap Clear data. This removes everything the app stored, including preferences.
By uninstalling
Uninstalling MathWiz removes everything it stored on your phone.
All three are immediate and permanent. Deleted progress cannot be recovered, because no copy exists anywhere else.

§4Data held by Google
- Advertising ID. Open Android Settings, then Privacy, Ads (or Google, then Ads, on some phones), and delete or reset your advertising ID. MathWiz Pro removes ads altogether.
- Personalised ads consent. Change it in MathWiz, under Settings, then Ad privacy options.
- Purchases. Your Google Play purchase history is managed in your Google account. Contact Google Play support for requests about it.
§5Asking us to delete something
We hold no personal data from the app. We may hold information you sent us yourself, such as an email. To ask us to delete it:
- Email contact@epsilondevelopers.xyz with the subject “Data deletion request, MathWiz”.
- Include the email address you wrote to us from, and what you would like deleted.
- We acknowledge requests within seven working days and delete what we hold within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
We cannot delete data held by Google for ads or purchases. Please use Google’s own controls for that.
