1Purpose
MathWiz is an educational game built to make practising mental maths fun and rewarding. Progress, XP, levels, streaks and Arena results are meant to reflect genuine practice. This policy explains how to use the App fairly and the behaviour that is not allowed.
2Encouraged Uses
You are warmly encouraged to:
- Practise any mode as often as you like and build a daily streak;
- Use Wiz and the lessons to learn new mental-maths methods;
- Compete in Arena Battle and Speed Sprint and enjoy the friendly banter;
- Watch optional rewarded ads to unlock a match or earn bonus XP;
- Reset your progress at any time and start fresh;
- Share your achievements with friends and recommend the App.
3Prohibited Uses
The following are not allowed:
Cheating & automation
Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or modified clients used to inflate XP, streaks, scores or Arena results.
Exploiting bugs
Knowingly abusing glitches or editing local data to gain rewards or progress you didn't earn.
Billing fraud
Obtaining Pro or rewards through fraud, stolen payment methods, or chargeback abuse.
Ad fraud
Generating invalid ad traffic or faking rewarded-ad completions.
Harmful content
Using the App's text features to compose hateful, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content.
Tampering
Reverse engineering, repackaging, or redistributing the App except where the law expressly permits.
Unlawful use
Any use that violates applicable law or the Google Play terms.
Impersonation
Misrepresenting your identity or the source of the App to deceive others.
4User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the App, for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and — if you are a parent or guardian — for supervising minors who use the App, including managing advertising preferences and authorising any purchases.
5Enforcement
Violation of this AUP constitutes a breach of the Terms of Use and may result in:
- Loss of access to features (including premium features obtained fraudulently);
- Reversal of fraudulently obtained purchases or rewards;
- Reporting of fraud or abuse to Google Play or relevant authorities;
- Any other action available under applicable law.
Epsilon Developers reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
