Every simple closed curve has an inside and an outside. Your XP, streaks, history and chats live inside, on your phone. There is no account and no server of ours.
Only four things ever cross the line: ads in the free version (Google AdMob), purchases and update checks (Google Play), and the app's typeface, downloaded once from Google Fonts.

Is MathWiz free?
Yes. The Daily Challenge, all eight practice modes, Brainstorm, Endurance, Balance, Number Memory, the 25 lessons and Ask Wiz are free, with ads. The six locked modes open for one round after a short video, or for good with Pro.
What does Pro add?
Fill the Grid, Peak & Valley, Chain Reaction, Close Enough, Arena Battle and Speed Sprint with no video, no ads anywhere, and 25% more XP on every award. It is a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play.
How much does Pro cost?
Prices depend on your country, so the app and Google Play show them in your currency before you pay. If the yearly plan starts with a free trial, Google Play shows how long it lasts before you confirm, and you can cancel during the trial without being charged.
Does it work offline?
Mostly. Your progress, the lessons and Ask Wiz work with no connection at all. On the free plan, practice carries on offline for five minutes; after that, Addition and Subtraction stay open until you are back online, and the locked modes need a connection for their video. Pro is never held back offline.
How does the difficulty adapt?
Every section keeps its own hidden skill level. After each session MathWiz nudges it up or down from your accuracy and speed, and leaves it alone while you are getting between 70% and 88% right, just past comfortable. New sections start gently. Easy, Medium and Hard in Settings set limits if you would rather choose.
Are the Arena rivals real people?
No. They are bots that run on your phone, each with a personality: competitive, chill, nerdy, hype or quiet. That means no waiting for a match, and nothing you type in Arena chat leaves the device.
Is Ask Wiz an AI chatbot?
Not in the usual sense. There is no model to download and no server to talk to. Wiz understands plain English with rules that run entirely on your phone, so it answers instantly and offline. It solves sums step by step, explains maths ideas and answers questions about the app.
Do I need an account?
No, there is no sign-in of any kind. Your progress is stored on your phone. Pro belongs to your Google Play account, so Restore purchases in Settings brings it back on a new phone.
Is MathWiz for children?
Learners of every age use it, but it is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. The free version shows ads and offers in-app purchases, so a parent or guardian should set it up for younger learners.
How do I cancel Pro?
In the Google Play Store, open Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose MathWiz. Settings in the app has a Manage subscription shortcut. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
How do I delete my data?
In Settings, Reset progress erases your XP, streaks, badges and history at once. Uninstalling removes everything else the app stored. We keep no copy anywhere. The Data Deletion Notice has the details.
